About these Crickett Firearms America terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed with Crickett Firearms America at crickettfirearmsamerica.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be legally allowed to buy and own the firearm you order where you live. Long guns require a buyer at least 18 years old and handguns at least 21 under federal law. State and local rules may be stricter, and it is your job to check them before you order.
FFL shipping
All firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer. You enter your preferred dealer’s name and address at checkout. The dealer completes the transfer and background check, and may charge a transfer fee. Shipping to the dealer is free. If the dealer refuses the transfer or you fail the background check, contact us to arrange a return.
Prices and stock
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We show every listing as in stock; if something sells out after you order, we will contact you with options or a full refund.
Returns
Every product has a 90 day return period. Contact sales@crickettfirearmsamerica.com before sending anything back. Firearms must be returned through an FFL dealer.
Safe use
Firearms can cause serious injury. Always follow the maker’s manual and basic safety rules, and supervise young shooters. The NSSF safety resources are a good place to start.
Orders and cancellations
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. You can cancel free of charge until the firearm ships to your dealer. After that, the return process applies.
Product information
We take specifications from the maker’s published data and show real product photos where we have them. Small differences in stock color or wood grain are normal.
Liability
We are not liable for misuse of any product or for losses beyond the price you paid, as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our business is registered. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
