Crickett rifles shipping in the US works the same way for every order. You buy online, type in your preferred FFL dealer’s name and address on the checkout page, and we ship the rifle there free of charge. You pick it up after the dealer runs the background check. Step by step: Crickett rifles shipping in the US

• Find a local dealer that does transfers. Most gun shops do, and many home based FFLs too.
• Call and ask about their transfer fee and hours.
• Order your Crickett rifle and enter the dealer details at checkout.
• We ship it to the dealer, free.
• Bring ID, fill out ATF Form 4473, pass the check, and take it home.

Buying a rifle for a child

Crickett rifles are often gifts for kids, but the adult buys and owns the rifle. The adult completes the transfer at the dealer. That’s normal and legal for a parent or grandparent buying a youth rifle as a gift.

State rules

Some states add waiting periods or permits. California has a 10 day waiting period, and New York and New Jersey need permits for some purchases. How long shipping takes

Once your order and dealer details are confirmed, we send the rifle to your dealer. Transit inside the US usually takes a few business days. The dealer calls you when it arrives. Then it’s up to their hours and the background check, which is often instant and sometimes takes a few days.

Picking a good dealer

Any licensed dealer that does transfers will work. Ask about their fee, their hours and whether they need a copy of our license; if so, reply to your order email and we’ll send it. A dealer you like is worth keeping for future orders.

Returns

Every product has a 90 day return period. Firearms come back through an FFL dealer. Contact us first and we’ll explain the steps.
